An active church family: our Sunday morning meeting is a very sociable gathering where you can be confident of a warm welcome. We have a very informal atmosphere and structure, as anything else would probably be impossible since we have almost as many children as adults in the church. We encourage everyone to get involved from the youngest to the oldest in whatever way they feel comfortable. We like a church family that's active rather than passive.

Throughout various Salt & Light events people have felt the call of God to fulfill something known as the 2020 Vision. The aim of this vision is to usher growth using four goals;
- Planting and growing churches. Being focused on reaching all people of all nations, primarily by being communities that pioneer, proclaim and transform.
- Develop apostolic bases. In order to live out Ephesian Four Ministries we intend to have regional hubs which will serve as training providers helping people to live out the call that God has put on both individual and different churches lives.
- Releasing Leadership. Flowing right out of goal two, leaders are going to be trained up breeding a new style of leadership which shepherds God's people.
- Transforming society. God wants people to be effective in changing the civilization we live in. Forming initiatives to take God's compassion and caring for the poor, needy and marginalised by society.
